This is Popin Pete, One of the original members of the Electric Boogaloo, dancing! He's been popping since 1970s with his brother Boogaloo Sam.. A popping Legend~ (You might have seen him in Breakin next to Poppin Taco, One of the robots next to Michael Jackson in Captain EO).. Here is a clip of him freestyling with a pole.. haha
